This shield blocks the rain that comes down in the louver area while the car is parked. The kit is complete as shown (does NOT include the MAF, or filter. Uses standard K&N Filter) - includes the 3-piece box/wall that also serves as the intake support bracket attaching at the stock bolt mount point near the battery, filter, MAF adapter bracket for fitting the filter to the MAF, and hardware for assembling the box/wall and attaching the box and filter adapter to the MAF.
